How do I get my first hours?
Every new member receives 1 starter hour when they sign up. After that, you earn hours by providing services to others.
What happens if someone doesn't show up?
Hours are only deducted after both parties confirm the exchange was completed. If there's a dispute, our admin team helps mediate.
Can nonprofits use HourHood?
Absolutely! Nonprofits can create verified organization accounts and run hour-donation campaigns to rally community support.
